1. Alex Rodriguez NYY
He is clearly the best player in baseball. He hits for a great AVG, and plenty of every cat. for a chance for the Triple Crown.
2. Miguel Cabrera DET (H2H over Wright)
M-Cab is in one of baseball's best lineups. Once they start getting hot, the RBI's will come pouring in. SB has always not been one of his specialties, but he provides more HR than any other 3B in the league. (besides A-Rod)
3. David Wright NYM (Roto over M-Cab)
I know, I know, how could you put M-Cab ahead, well I stated it above. Wrigh though is the clear cut in a Roto League where you need every stat day-in, day-out. He provides speed, pop, and AVG. What more could you ask for. Well tp be #2 you would need more RBIs and a few more HR.
4. Ryan Braun MIL
Let me tell you one thing, I don't believe in a sophomore slump. Sure it can happen but not to every good rookie. I think he will hit a monster 30-40 HR, close to a .300 AVG, and many SB and RBI and Runs hitting behind Prince.
5. Chipper Jones ATL
The funny thing is many people have him lower because of his injury, but A-Ram has the same problem. If you multiply his and A-Ram's #'s across the board he beats A-Ram by a fair amount, and they are monster stats. He hits for AVG and hits HRs but the steals are naturally not there any more.
6. Aramis Ramirez CHI
A-Ram has tons of potential to hit well this year especially on baseball's 2nd to hottest team (1st is the BabyBacks) I expect great #s in all cats except SB from this guy.
7. Garret Atkins COL
A great defensive 3B who might be eligible to play 2B soon too? Awesome. But that doesn't mean his offense isn't bad. In fact I predict him to also have a great year, especially in baseball's #1 hitter park.
8. Ryan Zimmerman WAS
Especially in his new park, I expect a lot of HRs and an OK AVG. He is a slow starter but I think this year he will come around and hit .285-290.
9. Adrian Beltre SEA
I think this year is his comeback year (At Age 30) I think hes capable of a good .290 30 HR, 110 RBI, and 15 SB.
10. Edwin Encarnacion CIN
Last year he flew under my radar many times, and I expect a lot of Stats from this guy. I predict a .285 AVG, 20-25 HR,100 RBIs.
Just missed: E. Longoria, A. Gordon
Kenny A.
