MLB 2B Rankings 08

Here we go, top 2B for 08:

1. Chase Utley PHI
This one is a no-brainer and he is already making a good run for NL MVP.

2. Brandon Phillips CIN
OK, whatever anyone says don't believe them, he isn't a fluke 30-30 seems to be a reasonable prediction for him.

3. B.J. Upton TB
If he wouldn't go into long slumps he would be at the #2 spot, otherwise hes here. A potential 30-30 candidate and an 08 first round pick.

4. Ian Kinsler TEX
Yes I know he doesn't always hit for AVG but he seems to be more patient at the plate, which is paying off for more steals and runs.

5. Brian Roberts BAL
Roberts hits great and gives you a great chance for winning SB week in-week out.

6. Robinson Cano NYY
A slow starter, but has some pop and a .300 AVG in that solid lineup.

7. Chone Figgins LAA
Chone is a great position player. Figgins will give you a nice AVG and plenty of steals. (More than you need..)

8. Dustin Pedroia BOS
A nice AVG, and a fair amount of runs and SB, the only thing he lacks is real power.

9. Howie Kendrick LAA
Howie has the power but he doesn't seems to get the chance for RBIs and SB but a nice all around 2B with a good AVG.

10. Dan Uggla FLA
Uggla seriously has the power but lacks in SB, he hits for an OK AVG though.

Just Missed: R. Weeks, A. Hill
